Everything was excellent from arrival to departure. We had reserved a sea view suite, and the accommodation was spacious and clean. The resort is located on a wonderful, wide beach. There is a good assortment of activities available for free or at extra cost. Every night, there is a delicious buffet with a wide selection of food. We were well taken care of, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and we had a wonderful honeymoon here!

The attention paid to the guest experience was exceptional, starting with the warm welcome at check-in and continuing with the daily check-in calls to guarantee complete guest contentment. The hotel's guest relations department helps guests make hassle-free travel plans while they are there. Excellent service, lovely scenery, and pleasant people.

I really wouldn't stay anyplace else if I was in the south of Mauritius and close to the airport. I've stayed at a few other hotels, but this one stands out as the best. I've stayed here numerous times, and this the front desk were outstanding in resolving a minor problem in the room—a malfunctioning air conditioner—as these things can occasionally occur. The way they handled this small matter much surpassed my expectations. The Blue Bay Marine Park and Preskil share the same seas and both have lovely locations. But just like every hotel, the personnel is the most valuable component. I am looking forward to going back.

The hotel was quite lovely and tidy. The rooms were always efficiently maintained. The food (buffet) was excellent and there were plenty of choices. The hotel and restaurant personnel were both quite amiable. All in all, a luxury hotel.

Overall, I had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly, and they always inquired how our stay was going.  Excellent amenities. The room was fantastic, spotless, and ideal. Everything about this hotel was excellent. If you want to have a wonderful time, this is unquestionably a place to be.
