We had a great time at Laguna Beach! The staff members were SOOO nice from the moment we entered through the door. They were helpful from the beginning to the end. They cheerfully responded to all of our requests. The hotel itself is lovely and well-kept. There isn't much to do near the hotel, but the front desk arranged reasonably priced cabs for us to go to Grand Baie, Flic en Flac, and the south. The dinner might use more variety, but what is cooked is good. The breakfast is excellent. Thank you so much to the receptionists for their assistance in planning our day outings.

We just got back from Laguna Beach, where we spent two weeks celebrating my 60th birthday. The personnel at this hotel is exceptional; there are too many to mention individually. Thank you f or all of your assistance on our final day when our flight was canceled and delayed for eight hours. We intend to come back someday.

The endless pool was great for swimming and tanning. We went there in the winter, so the beach was fine. For an elementary household, the room size is enough. Excellent service was provided.

The view of the mountains, the beach, and the infinite pool. The drinks and how spotlessly clean and tastefully designed the hotel is. Excellent staff and a nice breakfast.
