The key was prepared for us. To get here, it took us 18 hours of travel. Therefore, the property manager had a hard time getting in touch with us right before our arrival. She nevertheless maintained order. The property manager swiftly showed up to guide us through the process after a number of people on the grounds assisted us in finding the villa. She was a good listener, hostess, and communicator.
